Ahoy!

I recently watched a video on TED that was truely inspiring. Check it out below-it's only about 3 minutes long. Anywho-this video is about a man named Matt Cutts who speaks about how he found himself in a bit of a "rut"-watching his life fly by and going though the weeks and months without any really memorable moments. As a solution to this, he decided to try something new by trying lots of things that were new. He began assigning himself personal 30 day challenges.

These challenges ranged from things like not eating sugar for 30 days to taking a picture every day for a month. All of these individual challenges were things that he always wanted to try, but never did. I have to admit, after watching this video, it really got me thinking about my own life. Am I creating really memorable moments in my own life? Why am I not doing this and what is stopping me from creating new experiences for myself? What kind of things can I do to challenge myself physically, mentally, artistically, etc?

What type of 30 day challenge would you commit to? I'd love to hear it. :)
